We gain out raw materials from registered suppliers across the coconut triangle to avoid quality issues. We have our own specific ordering processes, regulating frequently which are based on the TQM system. High priority is given when choosing quality materials. we processed the coconut husks into coconut fibre mills to extract coir fibre and coco peat.

After processing, we used to dry the materials under the hot sun in our cement yards. These cement yards were made under specific quality assurance and avoided being contaminated with sand and other dust particles, free from weed or pathogens or any other foreign particles. When the materials reach the relevant moisture levels in the drying process it is passed for testing.

Our employees under the raw material section collect the dried raw materials. Then moisture content is checked by our experienced laboratorians and approved. Then the materials passed for the cleaning and sieving process and the extra materials passed for the storage

When obtaining the raw materials the company follows a strict quality procedure to ensure to obtain high-quality raw materials all the time to the company. After testing the dried raw materials are arranged and stored according to their moisture levels, types, and sizes. We follow the first in first out (FIFO) method to ensure no excess aged materials remains in the storage and also we carries a safety stock to face urgent and unplanned shortages efficiently and to conduct our service accurately.

The dried pith materials are cleaned from sand, weed, stones and other dust particles, and dried once again.

Before taking them to the processing unit, we once again check and tested the cleaned coir pith and chips whether there are remaining impurities, moisture levels and etc.

The clean sieved materials are mixed and blended into a homogenous mix with coco peat, coir fibre, coco chips, coir pith according to the customer requirements and compressed into coir pith 5Kg, coco husk chips blocks, coir grow bags, and etc.

The company produce special and unique mixtures of different layers for some specific products, this ensures a better rooting system and provide betterment to the plant to grow in different climatic conditions.

We are proudly saying that the company consists of a well trained professional staff to carry their duties both production and administrative levels. And we used the latest technology with the best machinery used in the trade which contains the high capacity to produce in an efficient way.

Our finished products are tested by our professional lab technicians to ensure high-quality products before shipping. and we take random finished materials and check by watering and keeping them for several weeks. The results received are documented properly for future usage, to data analysis and stored in the company record room. We send random samples of our finished products to reputed private and state laboratories. Since the customer is our main resource we used high-quality control measures from raw materials extraction to point of delivery, to ensure that the customer was satisfied and received the best quality end product from us.

The final end product is packed based on customer requirements and we take the greatest care when packaging with the best packaging materials under standards guidelines.

The wooden pallets for packaging are used under ISPM Standard.

After the packaging process, the quality control officers and production officers inspect and check every batch of the finished goods and approve for the shipment. We take proper due care when handling and loading the goods to the container since we have well trained and experienced staff to avoid the damages occurring.

The loaded containers are registered under reputed logistics providers and shipped from Colombo port. After loading our containers to the carrier, the company tracks the voyage until the cargo reached the destination and updated the customers.
